With over 20 years of experience in customer service and administration, she has been instrumental in the company’s success, overseeing operations with a strong focus on efficiency, service, and team support.
Known for her supportive leadership and attention to detail, Charlotte is dedicated to both her team and the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and creating meaningful moments with family and friends.
